CV. Project Barong Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the FitDash mobile application (the “App”). This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our App.

1. Information We Collect
We want to be clear: FitDash does not collect, store, or transmit any personal health data to our servers. Your personal data, including the health and fitness data you import, is stored exclusively on your device.
The only information the App handles is:
Third-Party Health Data: To provide our service, the App allows you to import data from third-party services like Garmin Connect or Google Fit. You must log in to these services through the App to authorize this data transfer. We only import Steps and Sleep data. Once imported, this data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to us.
Analytics Data: We use Google Play Store analytics to understand how the app is used in general. This data is aggregated and anonymous. It helps us understand trends and improve the app, but it is not tied to you personally.
2. How We Use Information
Because we do not collect or store your personal health data, we do not use it for any purpose other than to display it to you within the App.
The anonymous analytics data we receive from the Play Store is used solely to analyze app performance, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data stays on your device. The App does not have an online server. This means your personal health data is never transmitted over the internet to us or any third party. You are in complete control of your data.
We value your trust in providing us your information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. No Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal health information to outside parties. Since we do not collect this data, there is nothing to share. The only data transfer that occurs is the import of Steps and Sleep data from your chosen third-party services directly to your device.
5. Links to Other Sites
The App may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
